Al-Hijjr 4 of 6
But the godfearing shall be amidst gardens and fountains: 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 There shall touch them no toil therein, nor therefrom they shall ever be driven out. 48 ۞ Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind, 49 And that My Penalty will be indeed the most grievous Penalty. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' 52 [The angels] said, "Fear not. Indeed, we give you good tidings of a learned boy." 53 Abraham said: "What, do you give me this tiding though old age has smitten me? Just consider what tiding do you give me!" 54 They said, "We have, indeed, given you glad tidings in truth; do not therefore despair." 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 He added: "What is your errand O sent ones?" 57 They said: "Verily we have been sent to a guilty people 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 but his wife. We decreed that she should be amongst those who remain behind. 60
