Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in the midst of gardens and fountains: 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 We shall cleanse their hearts of all traces of ill-will; they will be like brethren seated on couches facing one another. 47 Toil shall not afflict them in it, nor shall they be ever ejected from it. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 and that My chastisement is the painful chastisement. 50 And tell them of Abraham's guests, 51 When they entered upon him and said, "Peace." [Abraham] said, "Indeed, we are fearful of you." 52 "Have no fear," they said. "We bring you news of a son full of wisdom." 53 He said, “Do you convey to me the glad tidings upon old age reaching me? So upon what do you convey glad tidings?” (* Prophet Ibrahim said this out of surprise.) 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?" 56 Abraham said: "What then is the business on which ye (have come), O ye messengers (of Allah)?" 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
