Al-nahl 12 of 16

(They are heedless of) the Day when We shall raise a witness from each community and then the unbelievers will neither be allowed to plead nor will they be asked to repent and seek pardon. 84 And when the harmdoers see their punishment, it shall never be lightened, nor shall they ever be respited. 85 And when those who associated partners with Allah see their (Allah's so-called) partners, they will say: "Our Lord! These are our partners whom we used to invoke besides you." But they will throw back their word at them (and say): "Surely! You indeed are liars!" 86 and on that Day they will offer total submission to God: and all that they used to devise will fail them. 87 Those who disbelieved and hindered others from the way of Allah - We shall increase for them torment upon torment for they have been spreading corruption. 88 One day We shall raise from all Peoples a witness against them, from amongst themselves: and We shall bring thee as a witness against these (thy people): and We have sent down to thee the Book explaining all things, a Guide, a Mercy, and Glad Tidings to Muslims. 89
