Recall how Moses said to his servant, "I shall not give up until I reach the place where both seas meet, even if it takes me years!" 60 But when they reached the junction of the two seas, they forgot their fish, and it took its way through the sea as in a tunnel. 61 And when the twain had passed by, he said unto his page: bring us our morning-meal, assuredly we have met from this journey of ours, toil 62 He said:"Do you remember when we betook ourselves to the rock? I indeed forgot the fish, none but Shaitan (Satan) made me forget to remember it. It took its course into the sea in a strange (way)!" 63 [Moses] exclaimed: "That [was the place] which we were seeking! And the two turned back, retracing their footsetps, 64 And they found a servant from among Our servants to whom we had given mercy from us and had taught him from Us a [certain] knowledge. 65 Moses said unto him: "May I follow thee on the understanding that thou wilt impart to me something of that consciousness of what is right which has been imparted to thee?" 66 Said he, 'Assuredly thou wilt not be able to bear with me patiently. 67 “And how will you bear something which your knowledge does not encompass?” 68 Said Moosa, “Allah willing, you will soon find me patient and I will not do anything against your instructions.” 69 He said: Well, if thou go with me, ask me not concerning aught till I myself make mention of it unto thee. 70
