Do then those who disbelieve think that they can take My slaves [i.e., the angels, Allah's Messengers, 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), etc.] as Auliya' (lords, gods, protectors, etc.) besides Me? Verily, We have prepared Hell as an entertainment for the disbelievers (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism). 102 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of (their) deeds? 103 It will be those who labor a great deal in this life but without guidance, yet think that they are doing a great many good deeds. 104 Those are they who disbelieve in the revelations of their Lord and in the meeting with Him. Therefor their works are vain, and on the Day of Resurrection We assign no weight to them. 105 That shall be their meed - Hell - for they disbelieved and held My revelations and My apostles in mockery. 106 But surely those who believe and do the right will have gardens of Paradise as gift, 107 Abiding therein; they shall not desire removal from them. 108 SAY: "If all the sea were ink for my Sustainer's words, the sea would indeed be exhausted ere my Sustainer's words are exhausted! And [thus it would be] if we were to add to it sea upon sea." 109 Say: I am only a mortal like you. My Lord inspireth in me that your Allah is only One Allah. And whoever hopeth for the meeting with his Lord, let him do righteous work, and make none sharer of the worship due unto his Lord. 110
