And mention in the Book, Moses. Indeed, he was chosen, and he was a messenger and a prophet. 51 And we called him from the right side of Mount (Sinai), and made him draw near to Us, for mystic (converse). 52 Out of Our mercy We gave him his brother Aaron who himself was a Prophet. 53 And recite in the Book the account of Ishmael. He was ever true to his promise, and was a Messenger, a Prophet. 54 He bade his people to pray and to give the alms, and he was pleasing to his Lord. 55 And mention in the Book (the Quran) Idris (Enoch). Verily! He was a man of truth, (and) a Prophet. 56 We raised him up to a high place. 57 These are the Prophets upon whom Allah bestowed His favour from the seed of Adam, and from the seed of those whom We carried (in the Ark) with Noah, and from the seed of Abraham and Israel. They were those whom We guided and chose (for an exalted position). They were such that when the words of the Most Compassionate Lord were recited to them, they fell down in prostration, weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ But they are succeeded by a generation who neglect their devotional obligations and follow only earthly pleasures; but they will reach the wrong road and meet destruction, 59 but those among them who repent and become righteously striving believers will be admitted to the gardens without experiencing any injustice. 60 [theirs will be the] gardens of perpetual bliss which the Most Gracious has promised unto His servants, in a realm which is beyond the reach of human perception: [and,] verily, His promise is ever sure of fulfilment! 61 They shall not hear therein any vain word, but they shall hear only peace; and therein they shall have their provision morning and evening. 62 Such is the Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our slaves who have been Al-Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2). 63 (The angels say:) "We descend not but by command of thy Lord: to Him belongeth what is before us and what is behind us, and what is between: and thy Lord never doth forget,- 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, so worship Him, be patient in His worship.
