Yet man says: "When I am dead, will I come to life again?" 66 Does not man remember that We created him before, when he was nothing? 67 So by your Lord, We will surely gather them and the devils; then We will bring them to be present around Hell upon their knees. 68 Then We will most certainly draw forth from every sect of them him who is most exorbitantly rebellious against the Beneficent Allah. 69 We alone know who deserves most to be burned therein. 70 And there is none of you except he will come to it. This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed. 71 And once again: We shall save [from hell] those who have been conscious of Us; but We shall leave in it the evildoers, on their knees. 72 When Our clear verses are recited to them the unbelievers say to the believers: 'Which of the two parties has a better position or company?' 73 And how many a generation have We destroyed before these, who were goodlier in goods and outward appearance? 74 Say: "The Most Compassionate Lord grants respite to those who stray into error, until they behold what they had been threatened with, either God's chastisement (in the world) or the Hour (of Resurrection)" - then they fully know whose station is worse, and who is weaker in hosts! 75 God gives greater guidance to those who are guided; and good deeds that endure are better with your Lord for reward, and better for consequence. 76 Have you, then, seen him who disbelieves in Our communications and says: I shall certainly be given wealth and children? 77 Has he obtained knowledge of the Unseen, or has he taken a covenant with the Most Compassionate Lord? 78 Absolutely not, We will record his words and prolong his punishment. 79 To Us shall return all that he talks of and he shall appear before Us bare and alone. 80 And they have taken (for worship) gods other than Allah, to give them power and glory! 81 No, indeed! They shall deny their service, and they shall be against them pitted. 82
