Man says: "What! When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 But does man not bear in mind that We have created him aforetime out of nothing? 67 And so, by thy Sustainer, [on Judgment Day] We shall most certainly bring them forth together with the satanic forces [which impelled them in life] and then We shall most certainly gather them, on their knees, around hell; 68 and then We will draw aside from each party those who were most rebellious against the Most Compassionate Lord, 69 And certainly We know best those who are most worthy of being burned therein. 70 Not one of you but will pass over it: this is, with thy Lord, a Decree which must be accomplished. 71 Then We shall save those who use to fear Allah and were dutiful to Him. And We shall leave the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers, etc.) therein (humbled) to their knees (in Hell). 72 And when Our Clear Verses are recited to them, those who disbelieve (the rich and strong among the pagans of Quraish who live a life of luxury) say to those who believe (the weak, poor companions of Prophet Muhammad SAW who have a hard life): "Which of the two groups (i.e. believers and disbelievers) is best in (point of) position and as regards station (place of council for consultation)." 73 And how many of the generations have We destroyed before them who were better in respect of goods and outward appearance! 74 Say, "The Gracious One grants respite for a time to those who are in error until, when they are confronted with what they are promised, either in punishment [in the world] or in [the approach of] the Hour, they will realize who is worse in respect of position and who is weaker in resources." 75 "And Allah doth advance in guidance those who seek guidance: and the things that endure, Good Deeds, are best in the sight of thy Lord, as rewards, and best in respect of (their) eventual return." 76 Have you seen he who disbelieves Our verses and yet says: 'I shall surely be given wealth and children' 77 Hath he looked unto the Unseen, or hath he taken of the Compassionate a covenant? 78 By no means! We write down what he says, and We will lengthen to him the length of the chastisement 79 We shall inherit all that he boasts of, and he will come to Us all alone. 80 And they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that they would be for them [a source of] honor. 81 Nay, but they will deny their worship of them, and become opponents unto them. 82
