Beholdest thou not that We have sent the satans upon the infidels inciting them by an incitement? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (in seeking a scourge against them). We are counting their days. 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 having no power of intercession, save those who have taken with the All-merciful covenant. 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 Whereby almost the heavens are torn, and the earth is split asunder and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 That ye ascribe unto the Beneficent a son, 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 there is none in the heavens or on the earth but shall return to the Merciful in utter submission, 93 Verily, He knows each one of them, and has counted them a full counting. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or defender). 95 To the righteously striving believers God will grant love. 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
