Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honours, 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son. 91 But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the Most Beneficent (Allah) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children). 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 and each one shall come to Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 To the righteously striving believers God will grant love. 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Do you see any one of them or hear a sound of them? 98
