Beholdest thou not that We have sent the satans upon the infidels inciting them by an incitement? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 And shall drive the culprits to Hell as a herd. 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 They say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten a son!" 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but will come to the Beneficent Allah as a servant. 93 He has counted them and numbered them precisely, 94 and each one shall come to Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
