Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 And will drive the criminals to Hell in thirst 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 You have uttered a grievous thing 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son. 91 It does not befit the Most Compassionate Lord that He should take a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes unto the Most Beneficent (Allah) as a slave. 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 Therefore, We have revealed the Qur'an in your tongue and made it easy to understand that you may give glad tidings to the God-fearing and warn a contentious people. 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Can you (O Muhammad SAW) find a single one of them or hear even a whisper of them? 98
