ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from (Allah) Most Gracious. 87 As it is, some assert, "The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son 88 Assuredly ye utter a disastrous thing 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 That they ascribe a son (or offspring or children) to the Most Beneficent (Allah). 91 And it is not worthy of the Beneficent Allah that He should take (to Himself) a son. 92 None there is in the heavens and the earth but must come unto the Compassionate as a bondman. 93 Assuredly He hath comprehended them and counted them a full counting. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound? 98
