T H (Taa Haa)
135 verses, revealed in Mecca after Mary (Maryam) before The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ TaHa. 1 We have not sent down the Qur'an to thee to be (an occasion) for thy distress, 2 but only as a reminder to him who tears, 3 a revelation from Him Who created the earth and the high heavens. 4 the Merciful willed to the Throne. 5 all that is in the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and all that is underneath the soil. 6 Whether you speak out aloud (or in a low voice), He knows what is said secretly, and even that which is most hidden. 7 Allah - there is no god but He. His are the most excellent names. 8 And has the story of Musa come to you? 9 When he saw a fire and said unto his folk: Lo! Wait! I see a fire afar off. Peradventure I may bring you a brand therefrom or may find guidance at the fire. 10 When he approached it, a voice called out: 11 I am thy Lord; put off thy shoes; thou art in the holy valley, Towa. 12 I Myself have chosen thee; therefore give thou ear to this revelation. 13 “Indeed it is Me, Allah there is no God except I therefore worship Me and keep the prayer established for My remembrance.” 14 Lo! the Hour is surely coming. But I will to keep it hidden, that every soul may be rewarded for that which it striveth (to achieve). 15 So do not let those who do not believe in it and follow their vain desires, turn you away from it. 16 And what is that in thy right hand, O Musa! 17 "It's my staff," he answered; "I lean on it, and fell leaves for my goats with it, and I have other uses for it." 18 Allah said: cast it down, O Musa! 19 Moses threw it on the ground and suddenly he saw that it was a moving serpent. 20 (Allah) said, "Seize it, and fear not: We shall return it at once to its former condition".. 21 And thrust thy hand within thine armpit, it will come forth white without hurt. (That will be) another token. 22 so that We might make thee aware of some of Our greatest wonders. 23 Go thou unto Fir'awn; verily he hath waxen exorbitant. 24

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
