Moses said: "Lord! Open my breast for me; 25 and ease my task for me. 26 and loosen the knot from my tongue 27 That they may understand my speech, 28 and appoint for me a helper from among my family, 29 Aaron, my brother. 30 “Back me up with him.” 31 "And let him share my task (of conveying Allah's Message and Prophethood), 32 so that we may glorify You much 33 and remember You abundantly. 34 Indeed, You are of us ever Seeing." 35 He said: You are indeed granted your petition, O Musa 36 And indeed, another time, already We have shown thee favour, 37 when We revealed what was revealed unto thy mother: 38 "'Put him into a chest, then cast it into the river. The river will cast it on to the bank, and there he shall be taken up by an enemy of Mine and his.' I showered My love on you so that you might be reared under My watchful eye. 39 When your sister went and said: Shall I direct you to one who will take charge of him? So We brought you back to your mother, that her eye might be cooled and she should not grieve and you killed a man, then We delivered you from the grief, and We tried you with (a severe) trying. Then you stayed for years among the people of Madyan; then you came hither as ordained, O Musa. 40 And I formed thee for Myself. 41 Go, you and your brother with My signs, and do not be negligent of My Remembrance. 42 Go both of you to the Pharaoh; he has become a rebel. 43 and speak to him gently, perhaps he may take heed or fear (Allah)." 44 They both submitted, “Our Lord – indeed we fear that he may oppress us or deal mischievously.” 45 He (Allah) said: "Fear not, verily! I am with you both, hearing and seeing. 46 “Therefore go to him and say, ‘We are the sent ones of your Lord, therefore let the Descendants of Israel go with us, and do not trouble them; we have indeed brought to you a sign from your Lord; and peace be upon him who follows the guidance.’ 47 It has been revealed to us that chastisement shall light upon him who cries lies and turns his back." 48 The Pharaoh asked them, "Who is your Lord?" 49 They replied, "Our Lord is the One Who has created all things and has given guidance". 50 He (Pharaoh) asked: 'How was it then, with the former generations' 51 (Moses) replied: "Knowledge of that is with my Lord (recorded) in the Book. My Lord neither errs nor forgets." 52 He it is Who spread the earth for you; and made in it paths for you, and sent down water from the sky, and then through it We brought forth many species of diverse plants. 53 To eat and feed your cattle. Surely there are signs in these for those who are wise. 54
