Moses said, "Lord, grant me courage. 25 Make my task easy 26 and my tongue fluent 27 that they may understand my speech. 28 And appoint for me a minister from my family - 29 Aaron, my brother. 30 "Add to my strength through him, 31 and let him share my task, 32 That we may glorify Thee much 33 and remember Thee without cease! 34 You are surely watching over us. 35 [Allah] said, "You have been granted your request, O Moses. 36 “And indeed We had bestowed upon you a favour one more time.” 37 Recall, when We indicated to your mother through inspiration: 38 "Saying: 'Put him (the child) into the Tabut (a box or a case or a chest) and put it into the river (Nile), then the river shall cast it up on the bank, and there, an enemy of Mine and an enemy of his shall take him.' And I endued you with love from Me, in order that you may be brought up under My Eye, 39 Your sister went (to them) and said: 'Shall I guide you to one who will nurse him' And so We restored you to your mother, so that her eyes might rejoice and that she might not sorrow. And when you killed a soul We saved you from grief and then We tried you with many trials. You stayed among the people of Midian for a number of years, and then, Moses, you came here according to a decree. 40 I chose you for Myself. 41 "Go, thou and thy brother, with My Signs, and slacken not, either of you, in keeping Me in remembrance. 42 Go both to Firon, surely he has become inordinate; 43 And speak unto him a gentle word, that peradventure he may heed or fear. 44 They said: "O our Lord, we are really frightened lest he behave insolently with us or become violent." 45 He replied: 'Have no fear I shall be with you, both hearing and seeing. 46 They came to the Pharaoh and told him that they were the Messengerss of his Lord and that they wanted him to let the Israelites go with them and stop afflicting the Israelites with torment. They told the Pharaoh, "We have brought miracles from Our Creator. Peace be with those who follow the right guidance. 47 It has been revealed to us that punishment will befall him who denies and turns away. 48 Pharaoh said:" Moses! Who is the Lord of the two of you?" 49 (Moses) said: "Our Lord is He who gave everything its natural form and directed it." 50 (The Pharaoh) said: "And what about the former generations?" 51 He said, “Their knowledge is with my Lord, (recorded) in a Book; my Lord neither strays nor forgets.” 52 It is He who has laid out the earth for you and traced routes in it and sent down water from the sky. We have brought forth every sort of plant with it, 53 To eat and feed your cattle. Surely there are signs in these for those who are wise. 54
