'Lord, open my breast,' said Moses, 25 and ease my task for me, 26 And loose the knot from my tongue, 27 so that they may understand my speech; 28 and appoint for me, out of my kinsfolk, one who will help me to bear my burden: 29 “That is Haroon, my brother.” 30 "Increase my strength with him, 31 And share my task, 32 That we may exalt You much 33 and remember Thee without cease! 34 Indeed, You are of us ever Seeing." 35 (Allah) said: "Granted is thy prayer, O Moses!" 36 We have bestowed Our favour on you before this 37 When We revealed to your mother what was revealed; 38 "Saying: 'Put him (the child) into the Tabut (a box or a case or a chest) and put it into the river (Nile), then the river shall cast it up on the bank, and there, an enemy of Mine and an enemy of his shall take him.' And I endued you with love from Me, in order that you may be brought up under My Eye, 39 Recall when your sister walked along and said, "Shall I guide you to one who will take care of him?" Thus We returned you to your mother, so that her eyes might be cooled and that she might not grieve. And you killed a man and We delivered you from sorrow. We tested you with various trials. You stayed for a number of years among the people of Midian, then you came upto the standard, Moses. 40 “And I created you especially for Myself.” 41 Go, you and your brother with My signs, and do not be negligent of My Remembrance. 42 “Both of you go to Firaun; he has indeed rebelled.” 43 and speak to him gently, perhaps he may take heed or fear (Allah)." 44 They said, "Our Lord, indeed we are afraid that he will hasten [punishment] against us or that he will transgress." 45 He said: "Fear not: for I am with you: I hear and see (everything). 46 Go to him and say, 'We are both messengers from your Lord. Let the Children of Israel go with us, and do not oppress them. We have brought you a Sign from your Lord, and may peace be upon whoever follows the right guidance; 47 ‘It has indeed been revealed to us that the punishment is upon the one who denies and turns away.’” 48 Pharaoh said:" Moses! Who is the Lord of the two of you?" 49 'Our Lord' he replied, 'is He Who gave everything its creation and then guided it' 50 (Pharaoh) said: "What then is the condition of previous generations?" 51 [Musa (Moses)] said: "The knowledge thereof is with my Lord, in a Record. My Lord is neither unaware nor He forgets, " 52 "He Who has, made for you the earth like a carpet spread out; has enabled you to go about therein by roads (and channels); and has sent down water from the sky." With it have We produced diverse pairs of plants each separate from the others. 53 You eat and let your cattle graze' Surely, in this there are signs for those of understanding. 54
