Then whosoever does righteous works, while believing, his striving will not go unappreciated. We record them all for him. 94 And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return 95 Until when the way is opened up for Gog and Magog and they press from every elevated place, 96 and nigh has drawn the true promise, and behold, the eyes of the unbelievers staring: 'Alas for us! We were heedless of this; 'nay, we were evildoers.' 97 You and all those who you were worshipping, other than Allah, shall be the fuel of Gehenna; there you shall all go down to it. 98 Had these (idols, etc.) been aliha (gods), they would not have entered there (Hell), and all of them will abide therein. 99 Moaning will be their lot therein, and nothing [else] will they hear therein. 100 But those to whom We have already promised blessings will be far away from hell. 101 They will not hear its sound, while they are, in that which their souls desire, abiding eternally. 102 the greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them: 'This is your day that you were promised.' 103 On that Day We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll of parchment. As We originated the first creation, so shall We repeat it. This is a promise binding on Us. Truly, We shall fulfill it. 104 We have already written in the Psalms following the Reminder, "My righteous servants shall inherit the earth." 105 Verily in this is a preaching for a people who are worshippers. 106 And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say: "It is revealed to me that your God is only One God. Will you, then, submit to Him?" 108 But if they turn away, say: "I have proclaimed this in equity unto all of you alike; but I do not know whether that [judgment] which you are promised [by God] is near or far [in time]. 109 Surely He knows what is spoken openly and He knows what you hide; 110 And I do not know if this is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time' 111 Say, "My Lord, judge with truth. Our Lord is the Gracious One whose help we seek against what you utter." 112
