So whoever does righteous deeds while he is a believer - no denial will there be for his effort, and indeed We, of it, are recorders. 94 And it is binding on a town which We destroy that they shall not return. 95 but when Gog and Magog are let loose and swarm down from every hillside and they spread out, [leaping across every barrier of land and sea], 96 the while the true promise [of resurrection] draws close [to its fulfillment]. But then, lo! the eyes of those who [in their lifetime] were bent on denying the truth will stare in horror, [and they will exclaim:] "Oh, woe unto us! We were indeed heedless of this [promise of resurrection]! - nay, we were [bent on] doing evil!" 97 Surely you and what you worship besides Allah are the firewood of hell; to it you shall come. 98 if those had really been deities, they would not have been led there; but there they will remain forever. 99 Therein breathing out with deep sighs and roaring will be their portion, and therein they will hear not. 100 Indeed those to whom Our promise of goodness has been made, have been kept far away from hell. 101 And will not hear its hissing, and will live for ever in the midst of what their hearts desire. 102 The greatest fear will not aggrieve them, and the angels will welcome them; saying “This is your day, which you were promised.” 103 On the day when We shall roll up heaven as a scroll is rolled for the writings; as We originated the first creation, so We shall bring it back again -- a promise binding on Us; so We shall do. 104 We have written in the psalms which We had revealed after the Torah that the earth will be given to Our righteous servants as their inheritance. 105 This is a lesson for those who worship (God). 106 We sent thee not save as a mercy for the peoples. 107 Say thou: this only hath been revealed unto me, that your god is only One God. submit ye then?! 108 But if they are averse, then say: I have warned you all alike, although I know not whether nigh or far is that which ye are promised. 109 God surely knows what you say openly and also knows what you conceal. 110 And know not; haply it may be a trial for you, and an enjoyment for a season. 111 Say: "O my Lord! judge Thou in truth!" "Our Lord Most Gracious is the One Whose assistance should be sought against the blasphemies ye utter!" 112
