The endeavors of he who believes and does good works shall not go unthanked. We write it down for him. 94 And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return 95 Until when the way is opened up for Gog and Magog and they press from every elevated place, 96 And the true promise (Day of Resurrection) shall draw near (of fulfillment). Then (when mankind is resurrected from their graves), you shall see the eyes of the disbelievers fixedly stare in horror. (They will say): "Woe to us! We were indeed heedless of this; nay, but we were Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.)." 97 'Surely you, and that you were serving apart from God, are fuel for Gehenna; you shall go down to it.' 98 if those had really been deities, they would not have been led there; but there they will remain forever. 99 There, sobbing will be their lot, nor will they there hear (aught else). 100 [But,] behold, as for those for whom [the decree of] ultimate good has already gone forth from Us these will be kept far away from that [hell]: 101 They will not hear the slightest sound thereof, while they abide in that which their souls desire. 102 They will not be grieved by the greatest terror, and the angels will meet them, [saying], "This is your Day which you have been promised" - 103 The Day when We shall roll up the heavens as a recorder rolleth up a written scroll. As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it. (It is) a promise (binding) upon Us. Lo! We are to perform it. 104 We had prescribed in the Book of Psalms after the reminder and admonition, that those of Our creatures who are good will in the end rule the earth. 105 This Qur’an is sufficient for people who are devout. 106 We have sent you forth as a mercy to all mankind. 107 Say thou: this only hath been revealed unto me, that your god is only One God. submit ye then?! 108 But if they are averse, then say: I have warned you all alike, although I know not whether nigh or far is that which ye are promised. 109 “Indeed Allah knows whatever is said, and knows all what you conceal.” 110 And I know not but that this may be a trial for you, and enjoyment for a while. 111 And the Prophet submitted, “My Lord – render the true judgement”; “And only the help of Our Lord, the Most Gracious, is sought against all what you fabricate.” 112
