Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 It is ordained that no nation We have destroyed shall ever rise again, 95 Until, when Gog and Magog are let loose, and they hasten out of every mound, 96 and nigh has drawn the true promise, and behold, the eyes of the unbelievers staring: 'Alas for us! We were heedless of this; 'nay, we were evildoers.' 97 Indeed, you [disbelievers] and what you worship other than Allah are the firewood of Hell. You will be coming to [enter] it. 98 “Had these been Gods they would not go into hell; and they have to remain in it.” 99 Therein wailing is their portion, and therein they hear not. 100 Verily those for whom the good has preceded from Us, they will be removed far therefrom (Hell) [e.g. 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary); 'Uzair (Ezra), etc.]. 101 they will not hear the slightest sound of it, and they shall forever abide in a state of bliss, among everything their souls longed for. 102 The Supreme Horror will not grieve them, and the angels will welcome them, (saying): This is your Day which ye were promised; 103 The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it. 104 AND, INDEED, after having exhorted [man,] We laid it down in all the books of divine wisdom that My righteous servants shall inherit the earth: 105 Herein, surely is a message for true worshippers. 106 We sent thee not, but as a Mercy for all creatures. 107 Say, "It has been revealed to me that your God is but One God. Will you then submit to Him?" 108 Then, if they should turn their backs, say: 'I have proclaimed to you all equally, even though I know not whether near or far is that you are promised.' 109 He knows your spoken words and what you hide. 110 I know not; haply it is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time. 111 He also said, "Lord, judge (us) with Truth. Our Lord is the Beneficent One whose help I ask against the blasphemies you say about Him". 112
