So whoever does righteous deeds while he is a believer - no denial will there be for his effort, and indeed We, of it, are recorders. 94 And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return 95 till, when Gog and Magog are unloosed, and they slide down out of every slope, 96 the while the true promise [of resurrection] draws close [to its fulfillment]. But then, lo! the eyes of those who [in their lifetime] were bent on denying the truth will stare in horror, [and they will exclaim:] "Oh, woe unto us! We were indeed heedless of this [promise of resurrection]! - nay, we were [bent on] doing evil!" 97 Surely you and what you worship besides Allah are the firewood of hell; to it you shall come. 98 Had these been gods, they would not have come to it and all shall abide therein. 99 For them therein shall be groaning and therein they shall not hear. 100 But for those whom We had decided to favour with good reward, they shall be kept far removed from Hell. 101 neither shall they hear any of its whisper, but shall live for ever in that their souls desired. 102 The Supreme Horror will not grieve them, and the angels will welcome them, (saying): This is your Day which ye were promised; 103 On the day when We will roll up heaven like the rolling up of the scroll for writings, as We originated the first creation, (so) We shall reproduce it; a promise (binding on Us); surely We will bring it about. 104 And indeed We have written in Zabur (Psalms) [i.e. all the revealed Holy Books the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), the Quran] after (We have already written in) Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz (the Book, that is in the heaven with Allah), that My righteous slaves shall inherit the land (i.e. the land of Paradise). 105 This Qur’an is sufficient for people who are devout. 106 And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say: 'It is revealed unto me only that your God is One God; do you then surrender?' 108 If they turn away, say to them: "I have warned you all alike; and I cannot say whether what you have been promised is near or distant. 109 God surely knows what you say openly and also knows what you conceal. 110 I do not know (why God has commanded me to warn you of the torment). Perhaps it is a trial for you and a respite for an appointed time". 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge in truth. Our Lord is the Merciful whose help is ever to be sought against what you describe' 112
