And whosoever does deeds of righteousness, being a believer, no unthankfulness shall befall his endeavour; We Ourselves write it down for him. 94 And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return 95 till, when Gog and Magog are unloosed, and they slide down out of every slope, 96 and nigh has drawn the true promise, and behold, the eyes of the unbelievers staring: 'Alas for us! We were heedless of this; 'nay, we were evildoers.' 97 “Indeed you* and all that you worship** besides Allah, are the fuel of hell; in it you must go.” (* All disbelievers ** Idols and disbelievers who claimed to be Gods. The Prophets like Eisa and Uzair who were worshipped are exempt from this, and so are Maryam, and trees and the moon etc.) 98 If these had been gods, they would not have got there! but each one will abide therein. 99 Therein breathing out with deep sighs and roaring will be their portion, and therein they will hear not. 100 But those for whom a good reward had been fore-ordained by Us, will be far removed from it, 101 they will not hear the slightest sound of it, and they shall forever abide in a state of bliss, among everything their souls longed for. 102 They will not be affected by the great terror. The angels will come to them with this glad news: "This is your day which was promised to you." 103 The day when We shall roll up the heavens as the recording angel rolls up the register of deeds; We shall make him similar to Our making him the first time; this is a promise upon Us; We certainly have to do it. 104 And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants. 105 Indeed, in this [Qur'an] is notification for a worshipping people. 106 And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say: It is only inspired in me that your Allah is One Allah. Will ye then surrender (unto Him)? 108 If they turn away, tell them, "I have warned every one of you equally. I do not know when the torment which you have to suffer will take place. 109 (Say O Muhammad SAW) Verily, He (Allah) knows that which is spoken aloud (openly) and that which you conceal. 110 I do not know if this be a trial for you, or a little advantage for a while." 111 Say: "O my Sustainer! Judge Thou in truth!" - and [say]: "Our Sustainer is the Most Gracious, the One whose aid is ever to be sought against all your [attempts at] defining [Him]!" 112
