[O MEN! Pay heed to God's messages,] for it is He who has endowed you with hearing, and sight, and minds: [yet] how seldom are you grateful! 78 And He it is Who spread you on the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 And He it is Who quickeneth and causeth to die, and His is the alternation of night and day; will ye not then reflect? 80 No, but they said what the ancients said before them: 81 They say: When we are dead and have become (mere) dust and bones, shall we then, forsooth, be raised again? 82 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples." 83 Say: Whose is the earth, and whoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: will ye not then heed? 85 Say, “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Tremendous Throne?” 86 They will surely say: God. Say thou: will ye not then fear? 87 Say: 'In whose Hands is the Kingdom of all things, He protects, and none protects against Him, if you have knowledge' 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 Allah has not chosen any child, nor any other God along with Him – were it so, each God would have taken away its creation, and each one would certainly wish superiority over the other; Purity is to Allah above all the matters they fabricate. 91 Knower of the Invisible and the Visible! and Exalted be He over all that they ascribe as partners (unto Him)! 92
