It is He Who has endowed you with the faculties of hearing and sight and has given you hearts (to think). Scarcely do you give thanks. 78 And He it is Who hath sown you broadcast in the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 It is He Who gives life and causes death, and He holds mastery over the alternation of night and day. Do you not understand this? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They say: when we are dead, and have become dust and bones, shall we verily be raised up? 82 We and our forefathers were promised this before. This is nothing but fables of the ancients." 83 Say: "To whom does the earth and whosoever is upon it then belong, if you know?" 84 They will say, "To Allah." Say, "Then will you not remember?" 85 Say: Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty dominion? 86 They will say: "God." Say: "Then why do you not obey and fear Him?" 87 Say: "Whose is the sovereignty over all things, who protects, and against whom there is no protection? {Answer) if you have knowledge." 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 Nay, but We brought them the truth and they are truly liars. 90 Never did Allah take to Himself a son, and never was there with him any (other) god-- in that case would each god have certainly taken away what he created, and some of them would certainly have overpowered others; glory be to Allah above what they describe! 91 He has the knowledge of all seen and unseen things. He is too exalted to be considered equal to anything else. 92
