It is He who gave you ears, eyes and hearts, yet how seldom you are grateful! 78 And He it is Who spread you on the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 On the contrary, they said the same as what the former people used to say. 81 They say: "Is it that when we are dead and have been reduced to dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 We were already promised this, we and our forefathers. Lo! this is naught but fables of the men of old. 83 Say: Unto Whom (belongeth) the earth and whosoever is therein, if ye have knowledge? 84 They will say, "To Allah!" say: "Yet will ye not receive admonition?" 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Great Throne' 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Ask them, "If you have any knowledge, in whose hands is the ownership of all things? Who is the one who gives protection and yet He Himself is never protected?" 88 They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?" 89 Rather, We have brought them the truth, and indeed they are liars. 90 Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him]. 91 The knower of the absent and the present, too exalted is He for what they associate (with Him)! 92
