And He it is Who made for you the ears and the eyes and the hearts; little is it that you give thanks. 78 And it is He Who has created you on the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered back. 79 And He it is who grants life and deals death; and to Him is due the alternation of night and day. Will you not, then, use your reason? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 We and our forefathers were promised this before. This is nothing but fables of the ancients." 83 Say thou: whose is the earth and whosoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: will ye not then heed? 85 Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will surely say: God. Say thou: will ye not then fear? 87 Say: "Whose is the sovereignty over all things, who protects, and against whom there is no protection? {Answer) if you have knowledge." 88 They will surely say: "(The dominion over all things) belongs to Allah." Say: "Whence are you then deluded?" 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 Allah has not chosen any child, nor any other God along with Him – were it so, each God would have taken away its creation, and each one would certainly wish superiority over the other; Purity is to Allah above all the matters they fabricate. 91 Knower of the unseen and the seen, Exalted is He above that which they associate! 92
