Say: "O Lord, if I am made to see what has been promised them, 93 exclude me from the unjust people". 94 And indeed, We are able to show you what We have promised them. 95 Repel thou the evil with that which is fairer. We Ourselves know very well that they describe. 96 And say thou: my Lord! I seek refuge with Thee against the whisperings of the satans. 97 and I seek refuge with Thee, O my Sustainer, lest they come near unto me!" 98 (But the unbelievers will persist) until when death comes to one of them he will say: "O Lord, send me back again 99 that I should do righteousness in that I forsook' No! It is only a word which he will speak. Behind them there shall stand a barrier till the Day that they shall be resurrected. 100 There will be no kindred relations nor any opportunity to ask about others or seek their assistance after the trumpet has sounded. 101 Then as for him whose good deeds are preponderant, these are the successful. 102 But those whose balance is light, will be those who have lost their souls, in Hell will they abide. 103 The Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws. 104 [It will be said]. "Were not My verses recited to you and you used to deny them?" 105 They will say: "Our Lord! Our misfortune prevailed over us. We were indeed an erring people. 106 “Our Lord, remove us from hell – then if we do the same, we are the unjust.” 107 He will say, "Remain despised therein and do not speak to Me. 108 Surely there was a party of My servants who said: O our Lord! we believe, so do Thou forgive us and have mercy on us, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 109 But ye chose them for a laughing-stock until they caused you to forget remembrance of Me, while ye laughed at them. 110 Verily I have recompensed them today, for they bore patiently, verily they are the achievers. 111 He (Allah) will say: "What number of years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say, "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask those who have kept count." 113 He (Allah) will say: "You stayed not but a little, if you had only known! 114 Deem ye that We have created you in vain and that unto Us ye are not to be returned? 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King; no god is there but He, the Lord of the honorable dominion. 116 And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful. 117 (Muhammad), say, "Lord, forgive me and grant me mercy; You are the best of the Merciful Ones. 118
