Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 do not, O my Sustainer, let me be one of those evildoing folk!" 94 And indeed, We are able to show you what We have promised them. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best Aware of that which they allege. 96 And say: My Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from suggestions of the evil ones, 97 "And I seek refuge with You, My Lord! lest they may attend (or come near) me." 98 When death comes to any of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 "In order that I may work righteousness in the things I neglected." - "By no means! It is but a word he says."- Before them is a Partition till the Day they are raised up. 100 For when the Trumpet is blown, that day there shall be no kinship any more between them, neither will they question one another. 101 Then those whose balance (of good deeds) is heavy,- they will attain salvation: 102 And the ones whose scales prove light it is they who put their lives into ruin, remaining in hell forever. 103 the fire will scorch their faces, and they will abide therein with their lips distorted in pain. 104 Were not My messages recited to you and did you not reject them? 105 They will exclaim: "O our Sustainer! Our bad luck has overwhelmed us, and so we went astray! 106 O our Sustainer! Cause us to come out of this [suffering] - and then, if ever We revert [to sinning,] may we truly be [deemed] evildoers!" 107 [But] He will say: "Away with you into this [ignominy]! And speak no more unto Me! 108 Indeed, there was a party of My servants who said, 'Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us and have mercy upon us, and You are the best of the merciful.' 109 But you made a laughing stock of them to the point where it made you forget My remembrance; and you went on laughing at them. 110 Now today I have recompensed them for their patient endurance; they are the triumphant.' 111 [And] He will ask [the doomed]: "What number of years have you spent on earth?" 112 They will reply. "We remained for about a day or part of it, but ask those who have kept count". 113 He will say: 'You have tarried a little, did you know? 114 Deem ye that We have created you in vain and that unto Us ye are not to be returned? 115 So Most Supreme is Allah, the True King; there is no God except Him; Lord of the Throne of Honour. 116 Whosoever calls upon another god, other than Allah, having no proof his reckoning will be with his Lord. The unbelievers shall never prosper. 117 And say, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, forgive us and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful." 118
Almighty Allah's Truth.
