Say: O my Lord! if Thou shouldst make me see what they are threatened with: 93 Then do not, O Lord, put me among the sinners." 94 And indeed, We are able to show you what We have promised them. 95 Repel thou the evil with that which is the best, We are the Best Knower of that which they utter. 96 Say: "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the evil promptings of the devils. 97 And I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me." 98 Until when death overtakes one of them, he says: Send me back, my Lord, send me back; 99 that I should do righteousness in that I forsook' No! It is only a word which he will speak. Behind them there shall stand a barrier till the Day that they shall be resurrected. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no more relationships between them that Day, nor will one ask after another! 101 If the side of ones good deeds weighs heavier on a scale, he will have everlasting happiness, 102 and he whose scales are light -- they have lost their souls in Gehenna dwelling forever, 103 Their faces will be scorched by flames, and they will grin and scowl within it. 104 (We shall say): 'Were My verses not recited to you, and did you not belie them' 105 They will say: "O Lord, our misery overwhelmed us, so we remained a people astray. 106 Our Lord, bring us out of it. If we return (to sin), then we shall indeed be harmdoers' 107 He will say: 'Slink there in it and do not speak to Me' 108 There was a group of my servants among you who always prayed: Lord, forgive us and grant us mercy; You are the best of those who show mercy. 109 you made a laughingstock of them and your hostility to them caused you to forget Me, and you simply kept laughing. 110 Lo! I have rewarded them this day forasmuch as they were steadfast in that they, even they, are the triumphant. 111 He will say, “How long did you stay on earth, counting by the number of years? 112 They will reply. "We remained for about a day or part of it, but ask those who have kept count". 113 He will say: You did tarry but a little-- had you but known (it): 114 Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?" 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King! there is no god but he, Lord of the Throne honoured. 116 Whoever worships another god apart from God, for which he holds no proof, will have to account for it before his Lord. Verily the unbelievers will not prosper. 117 And say thou: my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones. 118
