Say: O my Lord! if Thou shouldst make me see what they are threatened with: 93 O my Lord, do not put me among the harmdoing people' 94 And most surely We are well able to make you see what We threaten them with. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best-Acquainted with the things they utter. 96 Say, "Lord, I seek your protection against the strong temptations of the devils. 97 I seek refuge in You lest they come to me." 98 Until, when death comes to one of them he says: 'My Lord, let me go back, 99 “Perhaps I may do some good deeds in what I have left behind”; this is just a word that he utters from his mouth; and confronting them is a barrier until the day in which they will be raised. 100 When the trumpet is blown, on that Day there will be no ties of relationship between them; neither will they ask about one another: 101 Then he whose balances shall be heavy - these! they are the blissful ones. 102 But those whose balance is light, will be those who have lost their souls, in Hell will they abide. 103 The Fire will burn their faces, and they will therein grin, with their lips displaced. 104 “Were not My verses recited to you, so you used to deny them?” 105 They will say: "Our Lord! Our misfortune prevailed over us. We were indeed an erring people. 106 Our Lord, remove us from it, and if we were to return [to evil], we would indeed be wrongdoers." 107 He saith: Begone therein, and speak not unto Me. 108 Verily there was a party of My bondmen who said: our Lord! we have believed, wherefore forgive us and have mercy upon us, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones! 109 you made a laughingstock of them and your hostility to them caused you to forget Me, and you simply kept laughing. 110 "I have rewarded them this Day for their patience and constancy: they are indeed the ones that have achieved Bliss..." 111 [Allah] will say, "How long did you remain on earth in number of years?" 112 They will answer: "We have spent there a day, or part of a day; but ask those who [are able to] count [time]" 113 God will say, "You have indeed remained there for a short time. Would that you knew it during your life time. 114 Deemed ye then that We had created you for naught, and that ye would not be returned unto Us? 115 So exalted is Allah, the Sovereign, the Truth; there is no deity except Him, Lord of the Noble Throne. 116 And whoever invokes (or worships), besides Allah, any other ilah (god), of whom he has no proof, then his reckoning is only with his Lord. Surely! Al-Kafirun (the disbelievers in Allah and in the Oneness of Allah, polytheists, pagans, idolaters, etc.) will not be successful. 117 Say, "Lord, forgive us and have mercy. You are the best of those who show mercy." 118
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
