Blessed be He Who has placed in the heaven big stars, and has placed therein a great lamp (sun), and a moon giving light. 61 And it is He who made the night and day a succession for whom He desires to remember or He desires to be thankful. 62 And the bondmen of the Most Gracious who walk upon the earth humbly, and when the ignorant address them they answer, “Peace”. (Good –bye) 63 who pass the night prostrate to their Lord and standing; 64 who say, "Our Lord, ward off from us the punishment of Hell, for its punishment is a dreadful torment to suffer. 65 Verily ill it is as an abode and as a station. 66 And [they are] those who, when they spend, do so not excessively or sparingly but are ever, between that, [justly] moderate 67 who do not worship idols besides God, nor without a just cause murder a soul to whom God has granted amnesty, who do not commit fornication, for those who do so have committed a sin 68 [but] shall have his suffering doubled on Resurrection Day: for on that [Day] he shall abide in ignominy. 69 Except those who repent and come to believe and do the right, for whom God will turn evil into goodness, for God is forgiving and kind. 70 Those who repent and act righteously have truly returned to God, 71 And they who do not bear witness to what is false, and when they pass by what is vain, they pass by nobly. 72 And those who, when they are admonished by the commands of Allah, fall not down thereat, deaf and blind. 73 And those who pray, "Our Lord! Grant unto us wives and offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and give us (the grace) to lead the righteous." 74 Those shall be recompensed with the highest rank for their patience. There they shall receive a greeting, and peace! 75 Abiding eternally therein. Good is the settlement and residence. 76 Say (O Muhammad SAW to the disbelievers): "My Lord pays attention to you only because of your invocation to Him. But now you have indeed denied (Him). So the torment will be yours for ever (inseparable permanent punishment)." 77
