The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Possibly you may risk your life (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) by grieving, because they did not believe. 3 If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled. 4 Whenever there comes to them any fresh warning from the Merciful, they always turn their backs on it: 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Do they not observe the earth, how much of every good kind We cause to grow therein? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 Your Lord, He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
