The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta'. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 It may be that you (O Muhammad SAW) are going to kill yourself with grief, that they do not become believers [in your Risalah (Messengership) and in your Message of Islamic Monotheism]. 3 Had We so willed, We could have sent down unto them a message from the skies, so that their necks would [be forced to] bow down before it in humility. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 thus, indeed, have they given the lie (to this message as well). But [in time] they will come to understand what it was that they were wont to deride! 6 Do they not see the earth, how many of every noble kind We have caused to grow in it? 7 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 8 Your Lord is the Majestic and the All-merciful. 9
