The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from heaven before which their necks will remain humbled. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
