The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Ta, Seen, Meem. 1 Those are the signs of the Manifest Book. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 We could send down from the heavens a sign to them if We pleased, before which their heads would remain bowed. 4 And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it. 5 So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at. 6 Observe they not the earth, how much We make to grow therein of every fruitful kind? 7 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 8 And verily, thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 9
