The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the Verses of the manifest Book [this Quran, which was promised by Allah in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), makes things clear]. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it. 4 A fresh remembrance has never come to them from the Merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed rejected (the truth), therefore the news of that which they mock shall soon come to them. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 Surely, in this there is a sign yet most of them do not believe. 8 Verily Your Lord is Infinitely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 9
