The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta'. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be that you (O Muhammad SAW) are going to kill yourself with grief, that they do not become believers [in your Risalah (Messengership) and in your Message of Islamic Monotheism]. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. 5 So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at. 6 Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
