The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta Sin Mim 1 These are the Verses of the manifest Book [this Quran, which was promised by Allah in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), makes things clear]. 2 You will perhaps kill yourself with anguish because they are not accepting the faith. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock. 6 Do they not look at the earth, how We caused a variety of fine vegetation to grow from it (in abundance)? 7 Verily therein is a sign; yet most of them are not believers. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
