۞ Also We revealed unto Moses, 'Go with My servants by night; surely you will be followed.' 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to the cities (to mobilise troops) 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 So We turned them out of gardens and springs, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Said Moosa, “Never! Indeed my Lord is with me, He will now show me the way.” 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
