۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to the cities (to mobilise troops) 53 "There is a small group of people 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 Then they followed them at the sunrise; 60 And when the two parties saw each other, the companions of Musa said: verily we are overtaken. 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 68
