۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 Then Fir'awn sent unto the cities callers: 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 they have enraged us, 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable position; 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
