۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
