۞ AND [there came a time when] We inspired Moses thus: "Go forth with My servants by night: for, behold, you will be pursued!" 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 "There is a small group of people 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 and so we have [rightly] driven them out of [their] gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 Then they followed them at the sunrise; 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
