۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 who have certainly provoked our wrath. 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
