۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 and they have enraged us, 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Thus. And We caused to inherit it the Children of Israel. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
