Tell them the story of Abraham, 69 when he asked his father and his people: "What do you worship?" 70 They replied: 'We worship idols and continue cleaving to them' 71 He asked: "Do they hear you when you call them 72 "Or do they benefit you or do they harm (you)?" 73 They said, "No, but our fathers worshipped them." 74 He said: Have you then considered what you have been worshipping: 75 You and your ancient sires. 76 Indeed, they are enemies to me, except the Lord of the worlds, 77 Who hath created me, and He guideth me. 78 He who gives me food and drink; 79 And when I sicken, then He healeth me. 80 And He Who will cause me to die, then give me life; 81 and who I am eager shall forgive me my offence on the Day of Doom. 82 [And he said], "My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous. 83 And appoint for me an honourable mention among the posterity 84 Make me one of the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss 85 Forgive my father. He has gone astray. 86 And disgrace me not on the Day when (all the creatures) will be resurrected; 87 the Day when wealth and sons will be of no avail, 88 Except him who comes to Allah with a heart free (from evil). 89 On the Day of Judgment Paradise will be brought near the pious 90 and hell will be left open for the rebellious ones 91 they will be asked, "Where are those whom you worshipped 92 apart from God? Do they help you or help themselves?' 93 Then they shall be hurled therein, they and the seduced ones. 94 and so too the hosts of Iblis, all of them. 95 And they will say, when they are quarrelling therein: 96 "We were clearly misguided 97 When we equated you with the Lord of the worlds. 98 "'And our seducers were only those who were steeped in guilt. 99 and we have no intercessors now, 100 "Nor a caring friend." 101 But if we could but once return, we would be of the believers. 102 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers! 103 surely, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 104

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
