The people of Noah rejected the messengers. 105 When their fellowman Nooh said to them, “Do you not fear?” 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 I seek of you no reward for this: my reward is with none except the Lord of the Universe. 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 Their account falls only upon My Lord, if you were but aware. 113 And I am not going to drive away the believers; 114 "I am sent only to warn plainly in public." 115 They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned." 116 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me.” 117 So adjudge between me and them conclusively, and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 We saved him and those who were with him in the laden ship, 119 Then We drowned the rest thereafter. 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 surely your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 122
