And Nuh's people belied the sent ones. 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust: 107 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 108 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 109 "So fear Allah, and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in you, when the meanest (of the people) follow you?" 111 He said: "It is not for me to know what they were doing. 112 Their reckoning rests with none but my Sustainer: if you could but understand [this]! 113 I do not drive away the believers. 114 'I am naught but a plain warner.' 115 They said: "If you cease not, O Nuh (Noah)! You will surely be among those stoned (to death)." 116 He said: 'My Lord, my nation have belied me. 117 So open between me and them an opening, and save me and the believers who are with me' 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. 120 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 121 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 122
