The people of Noah denied the messengers 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 I am for you an honest Messenger, 107 "So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. 109 so fear God and obey me." 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we place our faith in thee, even though [only] the most abject [of people] follow thee?" 111 He said: 'I have no knowledge of what they have done. 112 Their account is only with my Lord, if you could perceive 113 "And I am not going to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 Said they: "Indeed, if thou desist not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be stoned to death!" 116 He said: "My Lord! My people have branded me a liar. 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 And so We saved him and those [who were] with him in the fully-laden ark, 119 Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. 120 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Verily Your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 122
